Vassar College
The Vassar grounds contains more than 1,000 sections of land (400 ha) and more than 100 structures, including two National Historic Landmarks and an extra National Historic Place. These structures range in style from Collegiate Gothic to International, composed through the span of the school's history by a scope of unmistakable designers, including James Renwick Jr., Eero Saarinen, Marcel Breuer, and Cesar Pelli. Vassar's Thompson Memorial Library, composed by Francis R. Allen, is a Federal Depository Library. An assigned arboretum, the grounds includes more than 200 types of trees, a local plant protect, and a 400-section of land (160 ha) natural save.
